"If you talk the talk, you damn well better walk the walk." Anthony J. D'Angelo

For many years the preferred method of recruiting people into an organisation has been through assessment centres. As large parts of competency frameworks are based around behavioural competencies then assessing your candidate's behaviours and skills in an observed roleplay environment is a must to ensure you are recruiting the most suitable applicant. The Corporate Drama team specialises in assessment centre roleplay and detailed competency based feedback.

We are proud to have been the roleplayer supplier of choice on many centres; here are three case studies and client feedback:

Case Study #1: British Airports Authority Management Assessment Centres.

As part of their recent restructure programme BAA commissioned over 230 assessment centres assessing internal and external candidates for roles at all levels from team leaders up to senior management. We provided dedicated business roleplayer teams at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports helping to assess over 1400 candidates.

The business roleplayer teams provided individual verbal and written feedback against established role competencies.

The Corporate Drama team has done a great job. The business actors were really professional and had a real grasp of the BAA roles and the current business issues; they added real value in creating life like business situations at the assessment centres. The design of the assessment centre using actors to play key BAA roles was excellent, very high quality. Graham Watt. Project Director, BAA
Case Study #2: City University Heads of HR Assessment Centres

Following a successful customer service development programme using Corporate Drama’s business roleplayers City University ran a series of assessment centres to fill the heads of HR roles. We were delighted to assist in this process with our client partners THA.

Corporate Drama has worked with my organisation in a range of blue chip clients. Their Business Role Players are well prepared, utterly professional at all times, and have an ability quickly to understand each client’s particular needs and corporate culture. They adapt their style and approach perfectly to suit the situations being played out, and they help support delegate learning through high quality feedback and constructive advice. They are also very friendly and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage them again on any of the various role play methods at which they excel. Tom Heywood, Managing Director of THA
Case Study #3: O2 Customer Experience Team Assessment Centres

As part of a recent restructure O2 wanted to assess internal and external candidates for roles in the People and Customer Experience team. We were delighted to provide the Corporate Drama business roleplayer team for the series of assessment centres.

What our client said:
The Corporate Drama actors' ability to absorb, understand, embody our culture and current business challenges meant the experience of our applicants was both real and relevant. With Mark's teams help, we are able to assess applicants behaviours in as close to real-life environment as possible. The feedback from the roleplayers is always of the highest quality, enabling us to make the right decisions. Thank you. Chloe Roberts – Employee Journey Consultant
